About Agilys NXT

Built for work that needs a clear owner.

Agilys NXT works across healthcare revenue, technology talent, and data operations. Different disciplines, held to the same standard: defined scope, visible progress, and direct communication.

01

Why we started

Important work was being handed off—but not truly owned.

Organizations were not short of vendors, résumés, platforms, or promises. The recurring gap appeared between a real business requirement and accountable execution. Work moved between teams, progress became difficult to see, and clients were left coordinating the very work they had asked someone else to own.

We started Agilys NXT to close that gap. The company brings focused operating capacity to three areas where stalled work has immediate consequences: healthcare revenue, technology talent, and data operations.

Agilys NXT is not built around being everything to everyone. It is built around taking a defined requirement, creating clarity around ownership, and moving the work forward through disciplined delivery.

Our working belief

The work is complex. The relationship should not be.

02

Mission and vision

A clearer standard for getting critical work done.

Our mission

Help organizations move critical operational work forward through clear scope, capable teams, visible progress, and accountable delivery.

Our mission shapes how we define the requirement, structure the engagement, communicate progress, and respond when the work changes.

Our vision

Set a more accountable standard for specialized delivery across healthcare revenue, technology talent, and data operations.

We want organizations to be able to add expertise and operating capacity without losing clarity, control, or confidence in who owns the outcome.

03

Our team

Different expertise. One way of working.

Our team brings together specialists across revenue-cycle operations and medical coding, technology staffing and recruiting, and data services. Each discipline requires its own knowledge. Every engagement is held to the same delivery standard.

01

Domain specialists

People who understand the workflows, terminology, decisions, and quality expectations within the work they support.

02

Delivery ownership

People who translate the requirement into a workable scope, coordinate responsibilities, and keep progress and risks visible.

03

Quality and communication

People who build checks, documentation, reporting, and early escalation into the work—not around it after delivery.

Clients should experience one accountable team—not a chain of disconnected handoffs.

04

What we do

Three disciplines. One standard of delivery.

We do not blur different services into one generic promise. Each discipline has its own work, controls, and expertise. What they share is how the engagement is defined and operated.

01

Revenue cycle & medical coding

Support from eligibility verification and clinical coding through claim follow-up and denial resolution—organized as a connected workflow with defined ownership.

02

IT staffing & recruiting

Focused recruiting and staffing built around the work, environment, responsibilities, working model, and result expected from the role.

03

Data services & legacy data

Data extraction, cleansing, organization, migration support, and documentation that turns fragmented information into something teams can use.

05

How we show up

The operating principles behind the work.

Credibility should be visible in the way work is scoped, controlled, communicated, and improved—not added later as a claim.

01

Define before delivery

We establish the requirement, boundaries, responsibilities, quality checks, reporting rhythm, and expected next action before work begins.

02

Make ownership visible

Clients should know what Agilys NXT owns, what remains with their team, and who is responsible when a decision or escalation is needed.

03

Report what matters

Progress is communicated through the measures, milestones, issues, and decisions that help the client understand where the work stands.

04

Improve from the work

Delivery should reveal something useful. We surface recurring issues, process gaps, and practical improvements that can strengthen the next cycle.

06

Who we support

Built for teams carrying operational pressure.

The right engagement starts with a real requirement—not a generic service catalogue.

01

Healthcare revenue and operations leaders

Teams managing coding queues, claim workflows, aging accounts receivable, denials, and additional operating capacity.

02

Technology and delivery leaders

Organizations that need specialist talent, project capacity, or a focused recruiting partner for a role affecting delivery.

03

Data, operations, and transformation teams

Teams working through fragmented information, manual processes, legacy systems, or data that needs to be prepared for its next use.
